Use this section to answer the questions shoppers ask most before they buy, shipping, returns, sizing, or anything else that might slow down a decision.
Our hoodies and crewnecks run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you like an oversized look, size up. A full size chart is coming soon — for now, reach out on the Contact page and we'll help you pick.
30 day returns as long as the item is unworn, unstained, and undamaged — no questions asked. See the full Refund Policy for details, or email us at info@buoy4.com if anything's off.
A portion of the proceeds from every piece sold goes to water conservation groups that protect our oceans, bays, and back waterways. It's not a slogan — it's the reason Buoy4 exists. More on our Our Pledge page.
Our pieces are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinkage can happen if exposed to high heat. We recommend washing cold and tumble drying on low (or hang drying) to keep everything fitting the way it should.
Not yet, but we're always listening. If there's demand for additional sizing, we'll explore it. For now, our range covers standard men's and unisex fits from S to XXL.
